- Award of the mandate.
- Obtain/Prepare Job Description from/with Client
- Source candidates from database, print and electronic advertisements, referrals, selective scanning of various recruitment & social networking websites and headhunting.Prepare relevant long list of 6 –8 candidates per position
- Assess approved long list candidates through in‐depth interviews.
- Prepare and submit 2 ‐3 shortlisted candidates’ CV & our assessment per position to the client.
- The client would hold interview of the candidates with / without our presence. Assist the client in finalization of the compensation and submit a report on our reference check on the finalized candidate.
- Offer made to the Selected Candidate
- Candidate joins on the scheduled date.
